Spring sweetie -- Central Iowa Photographer

It's so fun watching the little ones I photograph grow up. I love when I get a chance to capture their new expressions, their new movements, their new looks as they advance from a teeny tiny newborn to a one year old. 

Delaney is baby girl that I've had the pleasure of photographing since inside her momma's belly, as a newborn, at three months and now at six months. Her and her mama both fill a room or a *wooded area* with smiles and laughs....two peas in a pod.

This little beauty was in Iowa visiting her cousins all the way from California. She got to come along and have her photo taken too during their family session. She was in love with her cousin's dog and wanted her picture taken with her. You can see her cousins here....

Blond hair beauties -- Central Iowa Family Photographer

I got the chance to hang out with this fun, easy going family the other week. It was a windy day... well what day lately in Des Moines hasn't been windy... but we were blocked by big, lush trees in this little nature place I love to photograph at. The light from the sun setting was so yummy to me during their shoot. It created a great, warm glow for this beautiful family who was capturing the addition of their baby girl at their session.

They also brought along their cousin from California and the family dog. More pictures to come with these two next.

Hadley turns six months

One of my baby models for a past hair bow session was back to showoff and capture being six months. Baby Hadley brought along her mom, dad and brother for some family photos as well. I love their hot pink clothing theme mom went with. It's one of my favorite colors and it pops so well in photos. Have a look for yourself...
